BidReady Takeoffs provides quantity takeoffs and cost estimates prepared from documents you supply, for bidding and budgeting guidance only.
We do not provide engineering, architectural, structural or design services, design opinions or code-compliance review, and we do not seal or stamp any documents. Nothing we deliver is a substitute for the work of a licensed design professional in your state.
Quantities depend on the completeness, scale and accuracy of the documents provided. You are responsible for verifying quantities, scope, pricing, local code requirements and site conditions before submitting a bid or ordering materials. Unit prices are applied only from rates or cost data you supply or approve.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a deliverable is limited to the fee you paid for that deliverable. We are not liable for lost profits, lost bids, or indirect or consequential damages.
Fixed fees are quoted before work begins. Revised drawings issued after we start are re-quoted. If we miss the agreed turnaround, you may request a refund of that order's fee.
We use your documents only to perform the service and do not share them with third parties except service providers needed to deliver the work.
Billed monthly in advance; unused takeoffs do not roll over; cancel anytime before the next billing date.
