What we collect: contact details you submit (name, company, email, project location), plan documents and project notes, and payment records from our payment provider (we do not store card numbers).
How we use it: to quote and deliver services, invoice, provide support, and send occasional service emails you can opt out of at any time.
Sharing: we do not sell personal information. We share data only with providers that help us operate (email, file storage, payments, AI processing tools) under their terms.
Retention: project files are deleted 12 months after delivery unless you ask us to keep or delete them sooner.
Your rights: request access, correction or deletion by emailing hello@bidreadytakeoffs.com (placeholder). California residents may exercise rights under applicable state law.
We share data only with the providers that run this site: GitHub Pages (hosting), FormSubmit (form delivery), Lemon Squeezy (template checkout, as merchant of record), and our invoicing and payment providers for services.
