Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, processes template purchases. If a template does not open or does not work as described, email hello@bidreadytakeoffs.com within 14 days of purchase. We will fix it or refund you in full. Because the files are delivered instantly, we do not refund a change of mind after download, except where the law requires it.
If we have not started your job, we refund 100%. If we miss the turnaround we promised, you may choose a 25% credit or a full refund for that job. If our quantities contain a measurable error, tell us within 7 days of delivery. We correct it free, and if we cannot, we refund that job.
You can cancel anytime, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month. We do not refund unused takeoffs, but we do refund any month in which we delivered no work.
